From the start of your enquiry, we aim to give you the best, friendly customer service and advice we can.
When you make an enquiry we will ask you to send us a basic outline of your requirements, some basic dimensions and some photos. From this we will be able to advise you of what the best solution might be and a budget estimate.
If this budget is acceptable to you we will arrange to make a site visit so you can meet us and we can discuss the project in more detail with you and answer any questions you may have. After the site visit we will send you a more detailed estimate. From there we can agree at start date and how the project will progress.
On larger projects will we ask you for a deposit. We will clearly explain our cancellation policy to you.
On the first day we will protect your property with all the necessary floor protection and dust sheets. Normally we ask Customers to clear the room we are working in, but if this is not possible we will include moving furniture and belongings in our estimate.
During the project we will work professionally, diligently and to trade standards of workmanship using trade quality materials. Most Customers comment on how hard we work!
At the end of each working day your property will be left safe, clean and tidy. We are known by our Customers how clean we leave the project. We are both fully trained in use of a hoover and "Henry" is a key part of our team!
